At MyselfEQ, we respect your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to learn how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process your information (“Personal Information”), and to learn about your rights and choices regarding your Personal Information.
This Privacy Policy applies to MyselfEQ, LLC (“MyselfEQ,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and explains how we collect, use, and share the Personal Information that we gather on the subdomains and websites on https://www.myselfeq.com/ (the “Sites”) or through your use of our products and services (collectively, with Sites, our “Services”).
A reference to “MyselfEQ,” “we,” us,” or “our” is a reference to MyselfEQ, LLC and its relevant affiliates involved in the collection, use, sharing, or other processing of Personal Information.

Information You Give Us. You may give us information by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms, quizzes, or surveys, inputting information while using our Services, contacting us through our chat service, or contacting us by phone or email for information or customer service.
The categories of information include:
Information We Automatically Collect. Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Sites. This includes log data, such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our page via a social media or email campaign. This information may be collected via several technologies, including cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting and other means, such as Google Remarketing and Facebook Pixel. You can control cookies in your browser to enable or disable them.
Information We Collect From Third Parties. If you access our Sites through third parties (e.g., Facebook or Google), or if you share content from our Sites to a third-party social media service, the third-party service will send us certain information about you if the third-party service and your account settings allow such sharing. The information we receive will depend on the policies and your account settings with the third-party service.
Third Party Links and Websites. Our Sites may contain links to and from the websites of third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any data to these websites.
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
Marketing. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send, or you can contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section below. You will still continue to receive service-related messages concerning products and services you have purchased (unless we have indicated otherwise).
Affiliates and Service Providers. We share your information with our third-party service providers, affiliates, and any subcontractors as required to provide our Services. The service providers we use help us to:
Some external service providers may also collect information directly from you (for example, a payment processor may request your billing and financial information) in accordance with their own privacy policy. These external service providers do not share your financial information, like credit card number, with us, but may share limited information with us related to your purchase, like your zip code.
Aggregated Data. We may also aggregate or otherwise strip information of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties or publish it. We reserve the right to make use of any such aggregated data as we see fit. We commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form, and will not attempt to reidentify the information, except for the sole purpose of determining whether our deidentification processes satisfy the requirements of deidentification.
Third Party Marketing and Advertising Organizations. With respect to website cookies, we share your information with third-party marketing and advertising partners to market our Services on our Sites and other websites that you may visit.
Third Party Providers of Products and Content. We may disclose information collected from you to unaffiliated third-party providers of products and content. For example, in using our Services, you may be presented with opportunities to consent to us sharing your information with third parties for their own purposes. The collection and use of your information may be subject to each third-party’s specific privacy policy and terms of use.
Disclosures Required by Law. We may be required to disclose your data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet law enforcement requirements. We may be under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information to comply with any legal obligation, to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, to protect our rights, property, or safety, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection.
Some browsers provide you with a way to signal that you do not want your browsing activity to be tracked. The Services may not currently respond to all Do Not Track (“DNT”) or similar signals, as we are awaiting consensus from the Internet policy and legal community on the meaning of DNT and the best way to respond to these signals.
California and certain other U.S. state residents may opt out of tracking technologies by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use. Your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.
To make our Sites and Services work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, shopping cart, or other preferences) over a period of time, so you do not have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the Sites. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. You may also choose to download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You may wish to restrict the use of cookies. Please be aware that some of the features of our Sites may not function correctly if you disable cookies. Most modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings. You can usually find these settings in the options or preferences menu of your browser. To understand these settings, the following links for commonly used browsers may be helpful:
Personalized Advertising. We may also use targeted advertising cookies, such as Google Ads, to deliver tailored advertising on our Sites and other websites that you may visit. You can learn more about how to control advertising cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the DAA’s Consumer Opt-Out link for browsers, or the DAA’s opt-out link for mobile devices. Please note that electing to opt-out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications and may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
Several jurisdictions grant state residents certain rights and disclosures. We provide the following information to further help you understand your potential privacy rights. If you would like to exercise any rights or inquire as to whether such rights are available to you, please email us at support@myselfeq.com.

Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to know whether we are processing your Personal Information, and in some instances, you have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories listed below for the preceding 12 months. We have the right to request verification of your identity for all requests for information. In responding to this right, we shall provide to you:
In addition, you may have the right to request we delete your Personal Information.

Request for Portable Data. Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to receive, in certain circumstances, a portable format of their Personal Information that allows the data to be transmitted to another entity.
Opting Out of Cookies and Sale/Sharing Using Online Tracking Technologies. Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale” / “sharing” under applicable law. Residents of certain U.S. states may have the right to opt out of being tracked by these third parties by clicking the [Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information] link at the bottom of our Sites and selecting your preferences. Your request to opt out of “sale” / “sharing” will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.
Residents of certain U.S. states may opt out by broadcasting an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use the browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of the consumer’s Personal Information. You can exercise this right by clicking the [Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information] link at the bottom of our Sites and selecting your preferences.
In the preceding twelve months, we have sold the following categories of Personal Information relating to consumers who use our Sites:
Limiting the Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Residents of California have the right to direct us to use or disclose sensitive Personal Information only for providing our Services, or as otherwise minimally permitted under applicable law. However, we do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for any purpose other than providing our Services to you, or as otherwise minimally permitted under applicable law.
Third Party Marketing. If you are one of our customers, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section below.
Automated Processing & Profiling. Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to opt out of the processing of Personal Information for purposes of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning a consumer.
Right to Equal Service & Price. You have the right to receive equal service and price, even if you exercise a privacy right.
Verification Process for Exercising Rights. To protect our consumers’ privacy, we verify privacy rights requests to ensure that only you (or your authorized agent) can exercise rights pertaining to your Personal Information. As part of our verification process, we may request you to submit additional information.
If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a state resident, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy and provide us with a copy of the consumer’s written authorization designating you as their agent. We may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request.
Appeal Process. In certain cases, we may decline to take action on your request as permitted by law. Should we decline your request, we may provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for our decision and, where required by applicable law, an opportunity to appeal these decisions.
If we deny your appeal, we may provide a written explanation of our decision and, where required by applicable law, instructions on how to contact your local Attorney General or Department of Justice for further review.
The Sites are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information.
Personal Information may be transferred to a third party because of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or other change in control. If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of the business, part of the sale may include your Personal Information.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you enter, submit, or access your Personal Information. However, no website, application, or transmission can guarantee security. Thus, while we have established and maintain what we believe to be appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of Personal Information obtained through the Sites, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
We retain information from or about you for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When the information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our products or services, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.
This policy may be periodically updated. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to ensure you are familiar with the most current version. Please review carefully before submitting Personal Information to our Sites. The date the Privacy Policy was last updated is indicated at the top of this page.

Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. Any link to a website or phone number owned by a third party does not constitute an endorsement, approval, association, sponsorship, or affiliation with the linked site or phone number.
We (and our licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Services. This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Services, or any intellectual property rights owned by us. Our name, logo, and the product names associated with the Services are our trademarks or belong to third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them. You agree that you will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services.
We have adopted a Privacy Policy outlining our personal data collection and use practices. Please refer to it for details about how we collect and use your personal information. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you are automatically agreeing to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
The Services may contain links to or display content originating from third-party websites and advertisements (collectively, “Third-Party Websites & Advertisements”). Such Third-Party Websites & Advertisements are not under our control. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites & Advertisements. We do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to such Third-Party Websites & Advertisements, or their products or services. When you click on a link to a Third-Party Website & Advertisement, we will not warn you that you have left our Services and will not warn you that you are subject to the terms and conditions (including privacy policies) of another website or destination. You use all links in Third-Party Websites & Advertisements at your own risk. You should review applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices of any Third-Party Websites, and make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyselfEQ and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates (each, an “Indemnified Party”), from and against any losses, claims, actions, costs, damages, penalties, fines and expenses, including without limitation attorneys’ fees and expenses, that may be incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of, relating to or resulting from (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations through or related to the use of the Services. In the event of any claim, allegation, suit or proceeding alleging any matter potentially covered by the agreements in this Section, you agree to pay for the defense of the Indemnified Party, including reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the Indemnified Party. We reserve the right, at our own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. This provision does not require you to indemnify any Indemnified Party for any unconscionable commercial practice by such party, or for such party’s negligence, fraud, deception, false promise, misrepresentation or concealment, suppression or omission of any material fact in connection with the Services. You agree that the provisions in this Section will survive any termination of your account, this Agreement, or your access to the Services.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE SERVICES AND MAY BE MADE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR THE TEXT, GRAPHICS OR LINKS.
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, OR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER ADVICE. MYSELFEQ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES. BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS BASED ON OUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD-PARTIES IDENTIFIED THROUGH THE SERVICES, MYSELFEQ RECOMMENDS THAT YOU OBTAIN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND ADVICE OF MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS OR OTHER ADVISORS WHO ARE FULLY AWARE OF YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND DECISIONS, AND THAT MYSELFEQ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE OR AUTHORIZE THIRD-PARTIES TO TAKE ON YOUR BEHALF BASED ON INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
MYSELFEQ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY, OR ANY OFFERS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. MYSELFEQ DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY PARTICULAR THIRD-PARTY. MYSELFEQ ACTS SOLELY AS AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY SUCH SERVICE PROVIDERS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES AND OTHER HARMFUL MALWARE. IF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE ECONOMIC COSTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL MYSELFEQ BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES OR BUSINESS, LOST DATA OR DATA BREACH, OR (B) FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES, COSTS, LOSSES OR LIABILITIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) IN EXCESS OF THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN THE TWO (2) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO YOUR CLAIM OR, IF NO FEES APPLY, ONE HUNDRED ($100) U.S. DOLLARS. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION ALLOCATE THE RISKS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND THE PARTIES HAVE RELIED ON THESE LIMITATIONS IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply to you. IN THESE STATES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER ITEMS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES (INCLUDING ANY SERVERS OR OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND ANY OTHER ITEMS USED OR PROVIDED BY US IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THAT WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, FAULTS, DEFECTS OR ERRORS OR THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH US AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF. THIS SECTION 13 OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE REFERRED TO AS THE “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.”
IF YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATION WITH MYSELFEQ, YOU ARE AGREEING IN ADVANCE THAT YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN OR SEEK TO RECOVER MONETARY OR OTHER RELIEF IN ANY SUCH CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUIT. INSTEAD, BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU MAY BRING YOUR CLAIMS AGAINST US IN AN INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROCEEDING. IF SUCCESSFUL ON SUCH CLAIMS, YOU COULD BE AWARDED MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF BY AN ARBITRATOR.
To the extent the parties are permitted under this Agreement to initiate litigation in a court, both you and MyselfEQ agree that all claims and disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement will be litigated exclusively within the State of California for courts situated in Orange County, California, or in federal court for the Central District of California.
At our sole discretion, we may modify or discontinue the Services, or may modify, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, for any reason, with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party. In addition to suspending or terminating your access to the Services, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal or injunctive redress. Even after your right to use the Services is terminated, this Agreement will remain enforceable against you. All provisions which by their nature should survive to give effect to those provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
